IoffeLED Ltd.
The company was
founded by Ioffe Physico-Technical Institute on 3 July 2005 as a “start-up”
company within the state program for promotion of small innovative business in
Russia (see news from 20 May 2005)
The aim of the
IoffeLED Ltd. is the production mid-IR LEDs and detectors as well as research
activity.
